Today in morning, the General Director of Finance and Administration of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, Honorable Mawlawi Mohammad Alam Alamyar, visited the temporary accommodation camp established by the authority for forcibly deported migrants from Iran at the Islam Qala border in Herat province during his trip to the region.
During his visit to the camp, Honorable Alamyar Sahb received a progress report from the relevant officials on the camp’s operations. He provided necessary guidance to ensure timely completion of the work and the provision of organized and effective services. Additionally, he encouraged the officials to treat the forcibly deported migrants with kindness and compassion.
In part of his remarks, he expressed gratitude to the supporting organizations and described serving migrants as a highly rewarding act. He stated that the staff of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority are ready 24/7 to assist the public. He further noted that the construction of the camp is nearing completion, and soon, their colleagues will welcome the forcibly deported migrants from Iran in this standard facility.
