The Acting Head of ANDMA had a Visit to Badakhshan Province after Reviewing the Administrative Affairs in Takhar Province 

Today, on Sunday, Alhaj Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, continued his official visits to various provinces of the country aimed at improving the administrative affairs of provincial directorates. He arrived in Badakhshan Province and conducted an inspection of the provincial Disaster Management Directorate, closely reviewing its operational processes.
Alhaj Turabi Sahb held individual meetings with each employee of the directorate, attentively listening to their challenges, suggestions and recommendations. He encouraged all staff members to provide timely and effective services to the public.
Additionally, Alhaj Turabi Sahb visited the storage facilities for food and non-food items maintained by the directorate in Badakhshan Province. He issued necessary instructions to the relevant officials regarding the proper storage, organization, and distribution of these materials based on the needs of the population.
Furthermore, the Acting Head reviewed the process of transmitting legislative documents from the central authority to provincial directorates, ensuring proper comprehension of their content, scrutiny by respective directors, implementation and meticulous archiving of these documents.
Alhaj Turabi Sahb also conducted a comprehensive oversight of the effective use of informational materials and the progress of ongoing projects in the province.
It is worth noting that some time ago, delegations were dispatched from the central authority to evaluate and assess the operational performance of provincial directorates. These delegations identified certain deficiencies in the provinces, which were communicated to all provincial directorates through a standardized directive issued by the Acting Head. Guidelines were provided to address these shortcomings. Currently, Alhaj Turabi Sahb is personally overseeing the practical resolution of these issues and conducted a thorough evaluation of the activities and services of ANDMA directorate in Badakhshan Province as part of this effort.
The objectives of this visit include collecting feedback, challenges and suggestions from provincial staff, organizing administrative offices, fostering a disciplined work environment, ensuring full coordination with provincial authorities, maintaining proper document archives, constructing standard storage facilities, addressing deficiencies and implementing preventive projects.
In conclusion, the Acting Head of ANDMA encouraged the directorate’s employees to maintain courteous interactions with the public, perform their duties promptly and without delay, utilize public resources responsibly, and adhere to administrative principles. He urged them to serve as true representatives of the people and to leverage their professional expertise for the country’s progress. Additionally, he distributed financial assistance to the staff.
