THE Norwegian Chargé d'Affaires for Afghanistan and the Acting Head of ANDMA had a Meeting with each other

On Wednesday, today, Alhaj Mullah Noorud Din Turabi, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, met with Pierre Albert Ullsas, the Chargé d'Affaires of Norway for Afghanistan and Olli Kirk Vaag, the First Secretary.
At the outset, Alhaj Turabi Sahb welcomed the visiting delegation and stated that Norway has provided necessary cooperation with Afghanistan, for which we are grateful. He added that Norway has always assisted disaster-affected people in various countries, including Afghanistan and should continue this aid.
Furthermore, Turabi Sahb requested the Norwegian Chargé d'Affaires to cooperate in areas such as natural and unnatural disaster management, emergency situations, risk management, climate change, and preventive projects.
Continuing, Pierre Albert Ullsas, the Chargé d'Affaires for Norway in Afghanistan, thanked the Acting Head of ANDMA for signing memorandums of understanding with various institutions in recent months. He also mentioned the cooperation of his country, emphasizing that they have worked based on government principles, responding to the requests of ministries and government bodies.
In conclusion, both parties emphasized the continuation of relations and the acceleration of humanitarian aid delivery in emergency situations, along with the implementation of urgent projects.
