ریاست آمادگی مبارزه باحوادث ولایت کندز در همکاری دفتر IRC، برای ۱۱۰ خانواده آسیبدیده، بیبضاعت و مستحق در قلعهزال آن ولایت که قبلآ سروی گردیده بودند، کمک نقدی توزیع شد.
در این پروسه برای هر خانواده مبلغ ۲۳,۰۰۰ افغانی پول نقد توزیع گردید.
