ریاست مبارزه با حوادث ولایت تخار، در همکاری با موسسه NSDO برای ۷۱ خانواده که قبلاً در ولسوالی چال این ولایت سروی شده بودند، به هر خانواده مبلغ ۹۳۰۰ افغانی پول نقد توزیع کرد.
