ښاغلي غلام غوث ناصري، پېښو ته د رسېدو په چارو کې د دولت وزارت مرستیال او سرپرست له ښاغلي شادمان حاجي بیګوف، د هستوګنې لپاره د آقا خان د دفتر اجراییه رییس سره په خپل کاري دفتر کې لیدنه وکړه. په دې لیدنه کې، دواړو لورو د افغانستان په کچه د پېښو د مدیریت په څرنګوالي، د ژمي په فصل کې د احتمالي پېښو زیانمن شوو ته د رسېدنې او په هیواد کې د وچکالي په مدیریت هر اړخېزې خبرې وکړې او د دواړو لورو لخوا د همکاري ژمنې وسپارل شوې.
