مؤسسه کمیته بینالمللی نجات (IRC)، در هماهنگی با ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت بامیان، ۳۱۲ خانواده آسیب پذیر از حوادث طبیعی و بی بضاعت در مربوطات مرکز آن ولایت را زیر عنوان کمک های زمستانی، تحت پوشش مساعدت های نقدی قرار داد.
در این پروسه برای هر خانواده مبلغ ۳۳۰ دالر امریکایی، معادل به ۲۳٫۰۰۰ افغانی توزیع شد.
