له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ادارې او د OAWCK مؤسسې ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، د سمنګان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادې مؤسسې په ملاتړ، د دې ولایت په حضرت سلطان ولسوالۍ کې ۶۳۰ مستحقو کورنیو ته په بیړنیو حالتونو کې د روغتیا ساتنې خدمات تر سرلیک لاندې له سروې وروسته غیر خوراکي مرستې ووېشلې. 

په د ې لړۍ کې هرې کورنۍ ته د مسؤلینو په شتون کې، یو د روغتیا ساتنې کيټ ووېشل شو.
