د سمنګان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست په ایبک ښار کې د یوې سېلابي لارې د پاکولو چارې پیل کړې 

د سمنګان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست، د دې ولایت په مرکز کې د قومندانۍ څنګ ته د یوې سېلابي لارې د پاکولو چارې پیل کړې، دا لاره چې د وروستیو سېلابونو د راتلو له امله بنده شوې وه د پاکولو چارې یې د ۳۵۰ متره اوږدوالي او ۱۲ متره عرض په درلودلو سره پیل شوې.

د سیمه ییزو اوسېدونکو په وینا، د یادې لارې په پاکېدو سره به له زرو څخه زیاتې کورنۍ د سېلابونو له خطرونو څخه خوندي شي.
