له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې او د PIN موسسې ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، د کابل ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادې موسسې په ملاتړ، د دې ولایت د ده سبز ولسوالۍ په ترکو او شهرک زرغون کلیو کې ٣٥٥ اړمنو، زیانمنو او بې سرپرسته کورنیو ته، له سروې وروسته نغدي مرستې ووېشلې.
په دې لړۍ کې هرې کورنۍ ته د مسؤلینو په شتون کې، ٥,١٢٠ افغانۍ وو ېشل شوې، چې ټولټال د یاد شمېر کورنیو لپاره ١,٨١٧,٦٠٠ (١ میلیون، ٨١٧ زره او ٦٠٠) افغانۍ ځانګړې شوې وې.
