د سمنګان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د کډوالو چارو آمریت په همغږۍ، له پاکستان هېواد څخه په اجباري توګه راستنېدونکو ٤٢ کورنیو ته له سروې وروسته د نغدي او خوراکي توکو مرستې ووېشلې.
په دې لړۍ کې هرې کورنۍ ته د مسؤلینو په شتون کې، ١ بورۍ وریجې، ١ بورۍ مکروني او ٣,٠٠٠ افغانۍ ووېشل شوې، چې ټولټال د یاد شمېر کورنیو لپاره ١٢٦,٠٠٠ ( ١٢٦ زره ) افغانۍ ځانګړې شوې وې.
