ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت بغلان در همکاری با موسسه AWEC، برای ۱۰۰ خانواده که از اثر سیلابها آسیبدیده بودند، بعد از سروی کمکهای نقدی و غیرخوراکی توزیع نمود.
گفتنی است که این کمکها به هر خانواده شامل؛ ترموز آب، بالونگاز، کمپل، سطل فلزی، چراغسولری، صابون، ترپال، بسته آشپزخانه و مبلغ ۱۲۰ دالر امریکایی بوده، که بر کدامشان توزیع شد.
