ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت سمنگان از کار ساخت یک پایه چکدم در قریه دره زندان ایبک مرکز آن ولایت که جهت کاهش خطرارت سیلاب توسط موسسه IOM تطبیق می‌گردد، نظارت به عمل آورد.
محترم احسان الله احسان، رئیس آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت سمنگان که در راس هیئت نظارت از این پروژه قرار داشت، کار این پروژه را مثبت عنوان کرده و برای مسوولین پروژه رهنمای‌های لازم را کرد.
