ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت بادغیس با همآهنکی مؤسسه انکشافی و اجتماعی رازی (RSDO) تحت حمایت مالی دفتر هلپ جرمنی، ۶۹۷ خانواده آسیب پذیر ناشی از حوادث طبیعی و بی بضاعت در قلعه نو و ولسوالی آبکمری آن ولایت را تحت پوشش کمک های نقدی قرار داد.
در این پروسه برای هر خانواده مبلغ ۵٫۳۷۰ افغانی، معادل به ۷۵ دالر امریکایی توزیع شد.
