ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت کندز در هماهنگی با دفتر مؤسسه خیریه کته خیل، برای ۴۳۰ خانواده آسیب پذیر و نیازمند که شامل زنان بیوه، اطفال یتیم، معلولین و افراد کهنسال میباشند، مواد غذایی مساعدت گردید.
در این پروسه برای هر خانواده، ۵۰ کیلو آرد، ۱۰ لیتر روغن کنجت وطنی، ۵ کیلو لوبیا، ۴ کیلو بوره، یک کیلو چای خشک و ۵۰۰ افغانی پول نقد توزیع شد.
