کار ساخت ۲۱۰ متر دیوار استنادی با هزینه‌ی مجموعی ۳ میلیونو ۷۰۰ هزار افغانی از سوی موسسه افغان اید در هماهنگی با ریاست مبارزه باحوادث ولایت بدخشان در روستای صمدی ولسوالي ارگو، ولایت بدخشان افتتاح شد.
گفتنی است که با تکمیل کار دیوار یادشده صدها جریب زمین زراعتی و خانه‌های مسکونی از آسیب سیلاب محافظت می‌شود.
