An MoU for Joint Cooperation was Signed Between ANDMA and the Women and Children Charity Organization for a Total Value of $16,484

Today, in afternoon, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, Honorable Mulla Nooruddin Turabi, met with Honorable Irshadullah Zalmay, the President of the Women and Children Charity Organization, at his office and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with him.
During the meeting, Honorable Alhaj Turabi Sahb warmly welcomed the delegation from the organization and stated that the Authority has facilitated support in all areas for institutions that provide aid to affected communities. He further urged the organizations to deliver their assistance to affected families with full transparency and promptness.
Subsequently, Honorable Irshadullah Zalmay, President of the Women and Children Charity Organization, provided details about their project and expressed gratitude for the swift signing of the MoU by Honorable Alhaj Turabi Sahb. He noted, "You have cooperated with us in all areas so far, and we hope this collaboration will continue in the future."
It is noteworthy that the MoU for joint cooperation between the two institutions, valued at a total of $16,484, was signed. Under this agreement, food supplies, supported by the World Food Programme (WFP), will be distributed in various districts of Nooristan province.
As part of this initiative, 1,600 families in the districts of Wama, Waygal, Kamdesh, Barg-e-Matal, Nurgram, Du Ab, Mandol, and the Parun center of Nuristan province will receive assistance. Each family will be provided with 100 kg of flour, 12.5 kg of split peas, 9.1 kg of cooking oil, and 1 kg of salt.
