ANDMA and the Justice and Civil Society Strengthening Organization (JCSSO) signed an MoU for Collaborative Projects Worth $489,332

Today in morning, the General Director of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, His Excellency Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, met with Mr. Abbas Salami, Program Manager of the Justice and Civil Society Strengthening Organization (JCSSO), at his office and signed a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation.
His Excellency Alhaj Turabi Sahb warmly welcomed the delegation from JCSSO and emphasized that the project to be implemented should be carried out with complete transparency and efficiency.
In response, Mr. Abbas Salami, the Program Manager of JCSSO, expressed gratitude to His Excellency Alhaj Turabi Sahb for granting the meeting and provided details about their project. He assured that the project would be implemented with full transparency and promptness.
It is noteworthy that both parties signed a memorandum of understanding valued at a total of $489,332. Under this agreement, 2,216 vulnerable, affected, and unsupported families in the Dara and Khinj districts, as well as the Bazaarak city center of Panjsher province, will receive assistance in four phases. Specifically, 740 families in Bazaar Ark city, 738 families in Dara district and 738 families in Khinj district will each receive $166.92 over four months to provide essential food supplies.
