The Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority Meets with the Visiting Delegation from Geneva Call

Today, on Thursday, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority met with Najibullah Sulaimankhail, the Access and Liaison Advisor for Humanitarian Services of the Geneva Call organization in Afghanistan, along with Hekmatullah Zadran, the Program Coordinator and the Communications Officer, at his office.
After welcoming the delegation from Geneva Call, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority discussed the activities and progress of his organization.
Alhaj Turabi Sahb also assured the visiting delegation from Geneva Call of all kinds of cooperation, stating that they would work together to address disasters.
Najibullah SulaimanKhail, the Access and Liaison Advisor for Humanitarian Services at Geneva Call, thanked the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority for granting them the meeting time and expressed his satisfaction, saying that Geneva Call has conducted workshops for individuals from various institutions.
He added that they now wish to conduct a two-day workshop for the central and provincial officials of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority during the last week of the month of Ramadan.
In the final moments of the meeting, Alhaj Tarabi Sahb stated that they would prepare a list of their central and provincial officials according to a specific procedure, and they would participate in the aforementioned workshop.
