The Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority had a Meeting with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Kabul

Today, on Monday in afternoon, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, Alhaj Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, met with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Afghanistan, Gaziz Akbasov and his accompanying delegation at his office.
During the meeting, Alhaj Mullah Nooruddin Turabi welcomed the ambassador and his delegation, describing the relations between Afghanistan and Kazakhstan as friendly and emphasizing the need to further strengthen these ties.
The Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority expressed gratitude for Kazakhstan’s humanitarian aid, which arrived in Hairatan via 36 cargo wagons, and requested the continuation of such assistance. He also touched upon the issue of the forced deportation of Afghan refugees from neighboring countries.
In response, the Kazakh Ambassador, Gaziz Akbasov, thanked the Acting Head for his warm hospitality and presented him with a list of the humanitarian aid delivered to Hairatan through 36 cargo wagons. He also announced the upcoming delivery of 3.5 tons of medicines and medical supplies, set to arrive next week via Kabul International Airport. Additionally, he affirmed Kazakhstan’s readiness to cooperate with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and its people in the fields of mining, logistics, transportation, and agriculture.
Furthermore, the ambassador hinted at the second phase of Kazakhstan’s humanitarian aid in the coming days, stating that further assistance would continue based on the needs and requests of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
It is worth noting that Kazakhstan’s humanitarian aid includes 20,000 sacks of 50-kilogram flour (totaling 1,000 tons), 49,720 sacks of 25-kilogram rice (totaling 1,243.839 tons), 1,000 liters of cooking oil, and other essential items.
