Religious Guidance and Invitation
Biography:
Honorable Molvi Abdul Khaliq, son of Haji Baridad, was born in Shaburghan city, Jawzjan province. He began his religious studies at the age of 13 and completed various religious courses in seminaries across Afghanistan and Pakistan. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Department of Invitation and Guidance at Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority.
About Directorate:
The Directorate of Religious Guidance and Invitation is one of the key and fundamental components of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, dedicated to enhancing the religious awareness of its employees. This directorate strives to foster a spirit of sincerity, service, justice and responsibility among the authority’s staff, based on the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH). It achieves this by implementing religious education programs, enabling employees to perform their national duties in accordance with Islamic values.
The directorate’s programs play a significant role in creating a sound work environment and strengthening Islamic and fraternal relationships among colleagues.
Core Activities:
1. Teaching the religious curriculum designated by the Ministry of Religious Guidance and Invitation.
2. Providing religious guidance to address intellectual inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
