له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ادارې او د PIN موسسې ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، د بلخ ولایت له پيښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادې موسسې په همکارۍ، د دې ولایت په چهارکنت ولسوالۍ کې ۳۱۴ مستحقو کورنیو ته نغدي مرستې ووېشلې.

د دې بهیر په ترڅ کې، د مسؤلینو په شتون کې ۳۱۴ هغو کورنیو ته چې د خوړو له ناامنۍ سره مخ وې، د مرستو د څلورم پړاو په توګه هرې کورنۍ ته ۲,۸۲۵ افغانۍ نغدي مرسته ووېشل شوه، چې د وېشل شوو مرستو ټولیز ارزښت اته لکه او اووه اتیا زره او پنځوس (۸۸۷,۰۵۰) افغانیو ته رسېږي.
