د سمنګان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یاد ولایت د حضرت سلطان ولسوالۍ په قفلانۍ کلي کې یوه سېلابي لار، چې د وروستیو سېلابونو له امله ډکه شوې وه د پاکولو چارې بشپړې کړې. 

د یادې سېلابي لارې د پاکولو چارې د ۴۰۰ متره اوږدوالي او ۱۰ متره سور په درلودلو سره پای ته ورسېدې. 

د یادونې وړ ده، چې د دې لارې په پاکولو سره له ۲۰۰ څخه زیات هستوګنیز کورونه د سېلابونو له احتمالي خطرونو څخه خوندي شول.
