له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې او د عدالت او مدني ټولنې د پیاوړتیا د موسسې (JCSSO)، ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، چې د پروژې تمویل کوونکی یې د OCHA-AHF سازمان دی، د پنجشیر ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست، د یادې موسسې په همکارۍ، د دې ولایت په حصه اول ولسوالۍ کې د کونډو، معلولینو او نورو مستحقو ۷۳۸ کورنیو ته له سروې وروسته نغدې مرستې ووېشلې.

په دې لړۍ کې هرې کورنۍ ته د مسؤلینو په شتون کې، ۲,۷۶۰ افغانۍ ووېشل شوې، چې ټولټال دوه میلیونه او شپږ دېرش زره او اته سوه او اتیا (۲,۰۳۶,۸۸۰) افغانۍ د یاد شمېر کورنیو لپاره ځانګړې شوې وې.
