له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې او د عدالت د پیاوړتیا او مدني ټولنې (JCSSO) مؤسسې ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، د پنجشیر ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادې مؤسسې په مالي ملاتړ، د دې ولایت په حصه اول ولسوالۍ کې ۷۳۸ مستحقو کورنیو ته له سروې وروسته نغدي مرستې ووېشلې. 
په دې لړۍ کې هرې کورنۍ ته د مسؤلینو په شتون کې، ۲،۷۸۵ افغانۍ ووېشل شوې، چې ټولټال د یاد شمېرکورنیو لپاره دوه میلیونه او پنځه پنځوس زره او درې سوه او دېرش (۲,۰۵۵,۳۳۰) افغانۍ ځانګړې شوې وې.
