له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې د سرپرست الحاج ملا نورالدین ترابي په لارښوونه، د کندهار ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست, د یاد ولایت  د ارغستان ولسوالۍ په چغنیانو کلي کې د سړک د جوړولو لپاره د ۱۵۰,۰۰۰ افغانیو نغدي مرسته وکړه.
دا مرسته چې د یادې ادارې د سرپرست له لوري ترسره شوه, د کندهار ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ رئیس, الحاج قاري عبدالسلام عمري, د سیمه ییزو مسؤلینو په شتون کې، د چغنیانو کلي استازي مولوي ولي محمد ته وسپارله.
د یادونې وړ ده, چې دا نغدي مرسته به د چغنيانو د کلي د سړک رغولو لپاره ولګول شي، چې له امله به يې د سیمې د اوسېدونکو لپاره د تګ راتګ آسانتیاوې برابرې شي.
