د بلخ ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د کډوالۍ نړیوال سازمان IOM په مالي ملاتړ، په یاد ولایت کې د سختو بارانونو له امله ۳۶۳ زیانمنو کورنیو ته نغدي مرستې ووېشلې.
په دې لړۍ کې د هرې کورنۍ لپاره ۱۷۲۰۰ افغانۍ  ورکړي  او په مجموع کې ۶,۲۴۳,۶۰۰ (۶ میلیونه ۲۴۳ زره او ۶۰۰) افغانۍ نغدي پیسې یاد شمېر کورنیو ته ووېشل شوې.
