د سمنګان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د کډوالۍ نړیوال سازمان په ملاتړ, د روی دوآب, خرم و سارباغ, فیروز نخچیر او حضرت سلطان ولسوالیو اړوند 323 کورنیو ته چې پخوا د سېلابونو له امله زیانمنې شوې وې.
له سروې وروسته له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د وړاندیز پر بنسټ او له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې سره د تفاهم نامې له مخې, د IOM موسسې له لوري هرې کورنۍ ته 17250 افغانۍ نغدي پیسې او یو ژمنۍ کېټ د ولایت محترم مقام استازي, د علماوو شورا استازي, له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست مشر مولوي احسان الله احسان او د اړوندو ادارو استازو په شتون کې ووېشل شوې.
