موسسه هلتو که تمویل کننده آن سازمان غذایی جهان می‌باشد، در هماهنگی با ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت غزنی، برای ۲۱۵۰ خانواده متضرر و بی‌بضاعت در ولسوالی آب‌بند آن ولایت، کمک خوراکی توزیع نمود.
در این پروسه، برای هر خانواده پس از سروی، ۵۰کیلو آرد، ۵لیترروغن، ۶کیلو دال و یک پاکت نمک مساعدت صورت گرفت.
