An MoU was Signed Between ANMDA and the Razi Development and Social Organization for Cooperation Valued at $120,409

Today, in morning, the Director General of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, Alhaj Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, met with the President of the Razi Development and Social Organization, Mr. Mahmoud Khan Rahmani, at his office.
Welcoming Mr. Rahmani, Alhaj Turabi Sahb expressed his satisfaction with the signing of a memorandum of understanding that will facilitate the delivery of cash assistance to vulnerable and deserving families. He extended special thanks to the entire team of the Razi Development and Social Organization for their efforts and emphasized the importance of sustaining these aids to ensure that affected families continue to benefit from such services.
Furthermore, Alhaj Turabi Sahb urged all institutions and organizations to cooperate fully in taking necessary preventive measures against natural and non-natural disasters.
Mr. Mahmoud Rahmani, President of the Razi Development and Social Organization, expressed his gratitude to the Director General of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority for the administration’s prompt support in facilitating their work. He also thanked the authority’s entire team and assured that the assistance would soon be distributed to vulnerable and deserving families in Herat province.
It is worth noting that the memorandum of understanding, valued at $120,409, will provide monthly cash assistance of 2,900 Afghanis to 1,104 impoverished and eligible families across 15 districts of Herat province for a period of 12 months.
