An MoU was Signed Between ANDMA and Women's Welfare and Development Organization for Collaborative Projects Worth $19,461

Today on Wednesday afternoon, the General Director of Finance and Administration of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, Honorable Molvi Mohammad Alam Alamyar, met with the President of the Women's Welfare and Development Organization, Honorable Engineer Ezzatullah Latifi, at his office and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for joint collaboration.
Honorable Alamyar received details about the MoU and emphasized that the people of Afghanistan are in need of assistance, and it is imperative for every institution to strive to address the challenges faced by the public to the best of their capabilities.
Meanwhile, the President of the Women's Welfare and Development Organization, Honorable Engineer Ezzatullah Latifi, expressed gratitude for the cooperation extended by the Authority’s leadership to partner organizations and pledged to implement the ongoing project with transparency and efficiency.
It is worth noting that, at the conclusion of the meeting, both parties signed an MoU valued at $19,461 for collaborative efforts. Under this agreement, the Women's Welfare and Development Organization, with the support of the International Organization for Migration, will distribute food aid to 144 families in Panjshir province and 54 families in Ghor province following a survey in the event of a disaster. The aid package for each family will include 100 kg of flour, 9.1 kg of cooking oil, 13.1 kg of lentils, and 1 kg of salt.
