Biography of Directore:

Honourable Hafiz Mohammad Yousuf Hammad son of Molvi Abdullah Hammad was born in Loe Darweshan, Garamser District, Helmand Province on 17th July, 2005.
He got his early education from his father.
Later his family migrated to Pakistan because of the war in the area. He received his intermediate and high education in different colleges and Madrasas in Quetta City.
For tech studies he left for Karachi where he learnt much about different programs of Computer and Learnt English as well there.
After the victory of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, we shifted back to Kandahar, Afghanistan and served at different posts in Afghanistan Red Crescent Society and currently serves as the Director of Media and Publications and Spokesperson of Afghanistan National Disaster management Authority - ANDMA.
