UNICEF Child Protection Expert Visits ANDMA’s Camp for Forcibly Deported Migrants in Nimroz Province

Yesterday at noon, Friday, while staff from the central and provincial offices of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority were providing services to forcibly deported migrants at the Authority’s camp located at the Pul-e-Abrisham border between Afghanistan and Iran in Nimroz Province, Ms. Asfeh Tulisa Danu, a Child Protection Expert from UNICEF, conducted a visit.
She, accompanied by assigned staff, toured various sections of the camp, including the health clinic. Describing the camp as effective, she stated, “I will strive to convey your message to the responsible institutions to establish a children’s playground and provide equipment for heating water to prepare infant formula.”
