د وزیرانو شورا د ۱۶/۵/۱۴۴۳نېټې د (۱۵) ګڼې مصوبې د ۱ مادې پر بنسټ، له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ادارې اوونیزه اداري غونډه د دې ادارې د پېښو چارو د انسجام معین، محترم الحاج ملا عبدالولي څارنوال (حاجي وارث) په مشرۍ او د مرکزي رئیسانو په ګډون د دې ادارې په انګړ کې ترسره شوه.

غونډه د قران کریم د څو مبارکو آیتونو په تلاوت سره پیل شوه.

وروسته د اجنډا په هره موضوع په جلا جلا ډول هر اړخیزه بحث وشو او د غونډې د ګډونوالو نظرونه په وار سره راټول شول.

د غونډې په پای کې  داجنډا پر ټولو موضاعوتو باندی لازم تصمیمونه ونیول سول.
