له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ادارې او د WAR child CANDA او د PU-AMI مؤسسو ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، د کنړ ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادو مؤسسو په ملاتړ، د دې ولایت په مرکز کې د وروستیو جګړو له امله ۱۰۰ بېځایه شویو او د نورګل ولسوالۍ په برنورګل او کوز نورګل کلیو کې ۱۱۳ تنه زده کوونکو ته له سروې وروسته د غیر خوراکي توکو مرستې ووېشلې. 

په دې لړۍ کې د مسؤلینو په شتون کې د WAR child CANDA مؤسسې له لوري ۱۱۳ زده کوونکو هر یوه ته یوه د ژمنیو توکو بسته او د PU-AMI مؤسسې لخوا ۱۰۰ بېځایه شویو کورنیو هرې یوې ته یو د روغتیا ساتنې کیټ ووېشل شو.
