له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې او د هستوګنې لپاره د آغا خان (AKAH) مؤسسې ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه  لیک له مخې، د بغلان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادې مؤسسې په ملاتړ، د دې ولایت  په دوشي ولسوالۍ  کې ۳۱۵ اړمنو کورنیو ته په دوهم  قسط نغدې مرستې ووېشلې. 
په دې لړۍ کې د مسؤلینو په شتون کې، هرې کورنۍ ته يي ۴۳۵۰ افغانې ووېشل شوې، چې ټولټال د یاد شمېر کورنیو لپاره یو میلیون او درې سوه او اویا زره او دوه سوه او پنځوس (۱,۳۷۰,۲۵۰) افغانۍ نغدي پيسې ځانګړې شوې وې.
