له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې او د ژغورنې نړیوالې کمېټې (IRC) ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، د بامیان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادې موسسې په مالي ملاتړ، په سیغان ولسوالۍ کې ۴۹۱ زیانمنونکو او اړمنو کورنیو ته له سروې وروسته نغدي مرستې ووېشلې.
په دې لړۍ کې د مسؤلینو په شتون کې هرې کورنۍ ته د دوو میاشتو لپاره ۶,۰۰۰ افغانۍ ووېشل شوې، چې ټولټال ۲,۹۴۶,۰۰۰ (۲ میلیونه او ۹۴۶ زره) افغانۍ د یاد شمېر کورنیو لپاره په پام کې نیول شوي وې.
