ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت تخار، برای ۲۵۰ خانواده که از جنگ در ولسوالی‌های مختلف بیجا ودر شهر تالقان جابجا شده بودند، بعد از سروی، به هر خانواده مواد ۲۸ کیلو برنج، یک بسته آشپزخانه، یک تخته ترپال و یک تخته کمپل توزیع نمود.
