The food, non-food and cash distribution program to the natural disasters afflicted people has been opened today.

Matiullah Safi, Finance and Admin Deputy Minister of State Ministry for Disaster Management while opening the program said: that the program was launched simultaneously in Kabul in the Herat, Badakhshan, Uruzgan, Badghis and Bamyan provinces also. And this process will be implement till 16 July 2019 in all provinces of Afghanistan.
He added that this ministry in each province will distribute food, non-food and cash items to each 100 afflicted families that makes 23,800 people in the country.
The State Ministry for Disaster Management Authority distributed food items to each 33,005 families, non-food items to each 11,088 families, and money to each 2,245 afflicted families from 21 March 2019 till now.
