The Acting Head of ANDMA met with the Delegation from Catholic Relief Services

On Sunday, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, Alhaj Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, met with a delegation from Catholic Relief Services, including the organization’s General Director, Ms. Margaret Woods, Deputy Director Ms. Bronwyn Moore, and Kabul Office Manager Ahmad Farid Samimi at his office.
Alhaj Turabi Sahb warmly welcomed the delegation and emphasized that efforts are being made to address the challenges faced by organizations in a timely manner to ensure aid reaches people promptly. 
Additionally, Alhaj Turabi Sahb stated that the reasons behind Catholic Relief Services halting its activities in Daykundi province will be thoroughly investigated, and necessary decisions will be made accordingly.
Ms. Margaret Woods, General Director of Catholic Relief Services, expressed special gratitude to the Acting Head of the Authority, noting her appreciation for the consistent cooperation provided. She highlighted that the Authority has always emphasized transparency and efficiency in their work.
Ms. Woods further added that the organization is striving to secure additional aid from its donors and deliver it to people transparently.
