د پروان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې ریاست, د یاد ولایت بګرام ولسوالۍ په قرچه کلي کې د سېلابونو خطرونو کمولو په موخه د یو استنادي دیوال جوړولو لومړني کارونه له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې د مقام د لارښوونې پر بنسټ پیل کړل.
د دې پروژې لپاره د ځانګړې شوې ځمکې د تسیلمي ورکولو او د خط اچولو کار نن ورځ د یو پلاوي او ساختماني شرکت په شتون کې پیل شو او د دې پروژې لګښت د یادې ادارې له بودیجې څخه ورکول کېږي.
