Director of the Office Administration

Honorable Molvi Fazal Bari Jawad, son of Haji Abdul Wali, was born in 1990 (1369 in the Afghan calendar) in Spin Boldak district, Kandahar province. He got his initial religious education at the Darul Uloom center in Spin Boldak and completed his advanced religious studies in Chaman, Pakistan. After the victory of the Islamic Emirate, he initially served in the Red Crescent Society and was later appointed as the Director of Office Administration at Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, where he continues to serve.
