The Director General of ANDMA Meets with the President of Handicap International Organization 

Today, in morning, the Director General of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, the Honorable Alhaj Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, met at his office with the new President of Handicap International, Mr. Vincent Ro Vere, the Operational Officer Dr. Abdul Matin, and the Humanitarian Access Specialist, Mr. Habib-ur-Rahman Ibrahimi.
Alhaj Turabi Sahb welcomed the delegation from the aforementioned organization and stated that institutions which sign memoranda of understanding with us must utilize the budget specified in the memorandum so that it benefits the affected people.
Furthermore, Alhaj Turabi Sahb added that we have directorates in all provincial presidencies for the proper implementation of memoranda of understanding and for project information, and we have instructed them to monitor the projects mentioned in the memoranda.
The President of Handicap International, Mr. Vincent Ro Vere, expressed special thanks to the Director General of the Authority and his working team, stating that this authority has always cooperated with us, and we will never withhold the services that are within our power.
Likewise, Mr. Ro Vere added that the term of the previous memorandum of understanding has expired, and we will renew it again, introducing some new changes to it.
