ریاست مبارزه با حوادث ولایت سمنگان در همکاری با سازمان بین المللی مهاجرت، روند توزیع ۹ ملیون افغانی پول نقد و ۲۱ قلم البسه زمستانی از کمک های مالی اداره انکشافی ایالات متحده امریکا را برای ۶۰۲ خانواده که ازاثر حوادث طبیعی از ولسوالی ها ولایت سمنگان بیجا و در مرکز جابجا شده بودند و همچنان متضررین ناشی از حوادث طبیعی در این ولایت آغاز نمود.
این کمک ها در حضور محمد داود کلکانی، رییس مبارزه با حواث، رییس امور مهاجرین و عودت کننده گان و رییس اقتصاد به هر خانواده مبلغ 15350 افغانی پول نقد و 12 قلم البسه زمستانی و 3 تخته کمپل توزیع شد.
